BLITZ™

BLITZ is a full-body workout that improves endurance, strength and power. By incorporating the functional and dynamic movements of Olympic lifts, plyometrics, agility, core strength and flexibility, BLITZ will help you develop a more efficient movement pattern and better awareness of your body. It's a smart, time-effective and progressive method of training guaranteed to help you reach your goals.

BLITZ Burn

Turn up the heat in this 45-minute endurance based conditioning class. Using High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) principles, our BLITZ coaches will drive you and your classmates to superior levels of calorie burning through functional exercise sequences designed to help condition your heart and make you sweat.

BLITZ Built

It’s time to WORK! Mold your body with this 45-minute strength training class. This class will progressively overload and stress your muscles to give you a leaner and stronger body. Not only will this class help increase your muscle, tendon and ligament strength and improve joint function and balance, it’ll also help increase bone density, metabolism and lean body mass. Our BLITZ coaches will take you through a smart and safe program to strengthen your whole body while adjusting every exercise to your personal needs and abilities.

BLITZ Blast

Load and explode! 45-minutes of athletic resistance training to feed your inner warrior. This class will help develop speed, agility and explosiveness. During this class, under the watchful eye of our skilled coaches, you’ll be introduced to a variety of full-body movements and Olympic lifts that will incorporate strength exercises with added speed components.
